Digital Delivery Policy
Most products sold by NGU Digital Enterprises are delivered electronically. Few physical products are shipped. Download access is provided after successful payment through the order confirmation and order-status page. Customers should check their Spam or Junk folder if the confirmation email is not visible in their inbox.
